News For 2022

• In 2019 Hafren was the provider and accreditation partner for NJB Consultancy and HMP Prescoed, who won the Inspire Award 2019 for best Community Project for the 'Chase Program'. As a result, the NHS has kindly funded the course until 2023 and we hope that the course, in the near future, can go from a local to national level.
  
• We are very pleased to say that the level 2 Peer Mentoring course developed in association with the Prisoner Education Trust has been rolled out UK wide. After running two pilot courses in 2019 & 2020 at HMP Prescoed, the Peer Mentoring programme now has learners from all around the UK. The level 2 Peer Mentoring course is designed as a theoretical knowledge base supporting the practical tasks of the mentors in prison.
• 2020 through to 2021 has been a difficult time for many of our partners and their learners. Hopefully 2022 will be the start of a promising future.
